Motivasi, etos kerja serta komunikasi sangat penting untuk jadi entrepreneurship agar tujuan yang direncanakan tercapai jadi seorang miliarder. Adapun motivator dalam diri seseorang dapat dibangun dengan pemikiran. Sedangkan pemikiran tersebut dapat dibangun dengan tiga hal, yaitu:

1. Dorongan materi
2. Dorongan moral
3. Dorongan keimanan

1. Dorongan Materi

Setiap orang selalu ingin meraih keberhasilan dan menikmati kedudukan yang tinggi, gaji yang lebih, dihargai orang, bahkan sampai dikagumi banyak orang. Namun seringkali diantara kita melihat ketika seseorang memulai melangkah perubahan membuat target, menentukan jadwal yang terjadi, karena hasil yang cukup jelas tersebut. Maka kebanyakan orang menggunakan motivasi materi untuk mendorong semangat hidupnya. Tetapi apabila materi yang dijadikan sebagai target tersebut telah tercapai, seringkali motivator materi ini menjadi lemah sehingga diganti dengan motivator lain.

2. Dorongan moral

Dorongan moral disini bisa berupa harga diri, kebanggaan, mempertahankan hidup, pengembangan diri yang harua dicapai atau dimiliki. Motivator ini lebih lama dan lebih kuat dibandingan dengan dorongan materi, walaupun tetap menggantungkan pada kemampuan seseorang. Lebih lagi apabila nilai moral yang ingin dicapai telah terwujud, maka motivator ini menjadi lemah dan harus diganti dengan target lain.

3. Dorongan keimanan

Adapun dorongan selanjutnya dorongan keimanan. Memang hal ini jarang sekali disinggung oleh buku-buku psikolog modern. Dari ketiga unsur tersebut bilamana dijalankan sudah tentu target tercapai dengan komunikasi dalam langkah awal.

Setiap manusia selalu melakukan komunikasi antara yang satu dengan yang lain. Ketika kita menginginkan bantuan kepada orang lain kita juga akan melakukan komunikasi, dan juga ketika ingin mengemukakan gagasan kepada orang lain, kita juga akan melakukan komunikasi. Oleh karena itu kita perlu memahami komunikasi antar manusia, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektifitas komunikasi kita. Dalam komunikasi terjadi proses sebagai berikut:

1. Pengembangan ide artinya komunikator harus memiliki gambaran yang jelas mengenai apa yang akan disampaikan.
2. Encoding artinya seorang komunikator mampu menyampaikan gagasannya menjadi kode-kode atau saran agar informasi tersebut dapat diterima.
3. Penyiapan informasi disini merlukan penguasaan materi, cara penyampaian, serta alat bantu.
4. Penerimaan informasi harus memiliki panca indra yang mendukung penerimaan informasi dari komunikator serta tidak ada faktor luar yang menghambat penerimaan informasi seperti bising, kacau, dan ada gangguan lain
